Earlier we saw some reports about the FTTH High-Speed Broadband is already available in certain specific parts of the country.

Previously we also saw some tweets from specific users and what not, but now we have some more info on this. Reliance is now sending out invites to certain users in Chennai and Mumbai. Yes, we just found that Reliance has started inviting few selected housing societies in Chennai & Mumbai with three months of free service for those who sign up at this moment. If you have doubts about this, then you can check out the screenshots below.

The Screenshots were shared by a user named “Ravi Rahul” on Facebook. As you can see the invites specifically talks about the perks of having the high-speed gigabyte connection and why the users should be upgrading to it. It also explains about the whole procedure on how it will be taken f0rward once the invitation has been accepted by the resident. It also states that the entire setup will be done and maintained by an authorized personnel to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the time-period.

As of now, we are not sure if this only limited to Chennai and Mumbai but we will definitely get to know more about it in coming weeks and will update you on the same. But at least it’s good to know that Reliance is already taking the idea of Gigabyte connection forward and has started taking steps to test the initial set of connections. Now it’s just a matter of time until it reaches all the consumers. Stay tuned for more info on this.
