UleFone U008 Pro Smartphone Announced with 2GB RAM & 3500mAh Battery

A couple of months earlier we have seen Ulefone announcing U007 Pro, and now the company has announced its successor called has Ulefone U008 Pro. The handset has been spotted on the official website and nothing about the pricing is mentioned yet. The device will be available in Black, Grey, Rose Golden color variants. Moreover, there is a Premium Metal Unibody design to the handset and curved edges for better grip.
UleFone U008 Pro will come with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top. This is a dual-SIM variant that supports two micro SIM cards. Both SIM slots are compatible with 4G connectivity, and they work at the same time, only one of them can receive LTE service and the other is limited to GSM.
Under the hood, there is an MT6737 Quad-core processor with a clocking speed of 1.3GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. Out of the box, the handset sports Android 6.0 Marshmallow and there is a Li-Po 3500mAh battery with a standby time of 360h. The device weighs 170 grams, and measures 148.2 mm x 72.8 mm x 9.5 mm.
There is an onboard memory of 16GB which could be further extended up to a maximum of 128GB via microSD card slot. On the rear, there is 8MP camera (Interpolated to 13MP) with LED flash accompanied with 5MP front facing camera. There are sensors like Gravity Sensor, Touch Sensor, Proximity sensor, light sensor and other. The connectivity options include Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, A-GPS, OTG, etc.
The handset supports multiple languages for the users around the world, and the device includes a Fingerprint sensor embedded on the Physical home button on the front side. There are also smart gestures that can be used when the screen is off. These off-screen gestures can be set up from the settings which make it easier for the users.
The handset will compete against the devices like Xiaomi Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Swipe Elite Plus, Lenovo Vibe K5, Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, Honor 4X and few other devices.
