Xiaomi Launches the new Wi-Fi Repeater, Power Banks & more in India

The Chinese Smartphone manufacturing company Xiaomi has launched a handful new products here in India. These new products include a new Mi Wi-Fi Repeater i.e the Wi-Fi Repeater 2, new power banks i.e the new 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2, and 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 2. Both of these new power banks are an upgraded version of the existing power banks that is out in the market from the company. In addition to these, the company also launched the new Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini.

Now talking in detail about each of these devices, the Mi Wi-Fi Repeater 2 is a Wi-Fi range extender just like any other Wi-Fi repeater. It has 300Mbps speed and dual PCB antennas. The company is also stressing about the fact that it has a 16 device connection limit and a compact design. The device needs to be powered via a USB cable and you can also use an adapter for the same. It has a very simple 3-step setup process which makes it quite an effortless task. The device is priced at 999 INR and it will be available to purchase starting June 20th.

The new Mi Powerbanks, on the other hand, are just a slight upgrade to the existing ones. The new 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 has a new paint job. It now comes in black color and has an anodized aluminum body. It also has a new two-way fast charging. However, in terms of the thickness, it is only 14.1mm thick which is quite impressive for a power bank and better than the previous one. It is priced at 1199INR and you can get it from mi.com starting June 20th or alternatively, you can also get it from Amazon or Flipkart starting July 7th.

The 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 has a polycarbonate design as compared to the anodized finish on the 10000mAh one. However, this one also has the new two-way fast charging and it also has two USB output ports. This one, however, is priced at 2199 INR and even this can be purchased from mi.com starting June 20th or Amazon & Flipkart starting July 7th. The Mi Bluetooth speaker is just a Bluetooth speaker with a metal body. It has a single driver inside the small body and has 4 hours battery life to get you through the day. It is priced at 1299 INR and will be available starting June 21st.
