LG to Launch LG G6+ and 32GB LG G6 in Korea with three new Software features

LG to launch its G6+ in its home country South Korea and it will be available from 30th of June. Apart from this LG is also going to launch LG G6 with 32GB storage option in the Korean market as only 64GB variant was available for the country. The G6+ comes with 128GB of storage and will be available in color options like Optical Astro Black, Optical Marine Blue and Optical Terra Gold collar variants. More over it also as a lenticular film attached to it that makes the panel change hide as the light changes.
Lg is also pushing out new three new software features and also promised to make it to all the G6 line of devices via software update. First, among them being the Face Print, that lets its user unlock the device through facial recognition. The second being low power consumption which increases the battery endurance and the last being the Covered Lens waring which will prevent the users from obstructing the camera with their fingers. The LG G6+ can be bought for 957,000 KRW (approx $838) and the LG G6 (32GB variant) is priced at 819,500 (approx $718).
Coming to the specifications of the LG G6, the device came with a 5.7-inch Full vision display with QHD+ (2880 x 1440 pixels) OLED panel giving a quirky aspect ratio of 18:9 which is unusual and gives a pixel density of 564 PPI. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 530 GPU. The handset is LG G6 is IP68 rated for dust and water proof and has a 3300mAh battery on the back.
Coming to the camera the handset sports a 13MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS 2.0, and another 13MP wide-angle sensor offering f/2.4 aperture and 125-degree wide-angle lens. There is also a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture and 100-degree wide angle lens.
