Samsung Galaxy Note 8 3D CAD Video Reveals Dual-lens Camera & Curved Infinity Display

You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus flagship devices have seen immense popularity all over the world. Even the devices have received the record number of pre-orders and now they are continuing to break records with their sale numbers. However, the company looks to be trying hard to bring a much better device in terms of Galaxy Note 8. Since this upcoming device will be the successor to Galaxy Note 7 which was pulled out of the market due to the battery explosions. While the Galaxy Note 8 has been in the rumors mills from the last few weeks, now the newly leaked 3D CAD video reveals the unofficial first look of the device.

The earlier leaks suggested the device to cost as high as €999 making it the costliest Galaxy smartphone. However, we can confirm this only after the device launches in the next couple of months. Talking about the design, Samsung continues to offer curved glass on the front and back of the device. While the rumors suggested the company to offers under glass fingerprint sensor with the Galaxy Note 8, the technology might not be perfect to implement even with this device. Even before the Galaxy S8 devices launch, we also heard the same rumors. However, the device might also feature IRIS scanner and the face unlock to offer a better experience than the awkwardly placed fingerprint sensor.

The large camera model on the rear holds the dual cameras along with LED flash, heart rate sensor, and fingerprint sensor. If the leaks are to believed, Samsung will be debuting the dual-lens camera usage with the Galaxy  C10. The device will be measuring 162.4 x 62.4 x 8.4 mm and with the camera bump, the thickness goes all the way up to 9.5mm. After making the Galaxy Note 7 water resistant, the same will be continued on to the Galaxy Note 8.  On the bottom edge, we can find the USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio port, speaker grill, and a slot for placing the S Pen. The device also looks to feature Infinity display with almost no bezels on the sides and very minimal bezels on the top and bottom edges.

We might see a large 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display offering at least Quad HD resolution. The Samsung DeX Station introduced with the Galaxy S8 devices is also expected to support Galaxy Note 8. It might run on the Android 7.o Nougat out of the box and should receive the Android O update a few months after its release. The volume rocker and Bixby button are placed on the left edge, while the power button can be spotted on the right edge. By the time of Galaxy Note 8 launch, the Bixby Voice can be expected to be made available all over the world. Under the hood, the device will be housing the Samsung Exynos 8895 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 flagship processors based on the market conditions.

Alongside the 4GB RAM variant, we might also see 6GB variant offering 128GB of internal storage. Both the 12MP sensors on the rear are said to come with individual optical image stabilization (OIS). It will be backed by a 3,300mAh non-removable battery which supports fast charging via power adapter and wireless charging.  Since there is no official confirmation from the company, take these details with a pinch of salt. Having said that, we would like to know your thoughts on this. Lets us know, how many of you would be interested in using the Galaxy Note device just for the stylus or the S Pen.
