Asus in-line to launch Six new Zenfone 4 devices, spotted on Google services

Asus is planning to bring out Six new Zenfone 4 smartphones and the same has been spotted on Asus Zentalk forum. You might be wondering why there are six devices with the same name, but it has been revealed from the screenshot taken from Google Support’s site. These six new devices dubbed as Zenfone 4 Max, Zenfone 4 Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie, Zenfone4 ZE554Kl, Zenfone4 ZE55KL and Zenfone 4V these handsets are expected to be unveiled soon,
These devices are going to be flagship models for the company, and each of them come with a different model number. The Zenfone 4 Max which comes with the model number ASUS_X00ID will be the successor of the Zenfone 3 Max that was launched earlier and is expected to come with a larger battery with moderate specifications. Nothing much is known about it but is expected to come forward soon.
The Zenfone Pro comes with a model number ASUS_Z01GD while the Zenfone 4 Selfie has been spotted on GFXBench with the model number ASUS_Z01MD. This Zenfone 4 Selfie is going to be a selfie device as the name suggests and will be powered by a Cortex-A53 octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC with a clocking frequency of 2.0 GHz. It will also feature a 12MP front facing camera with is also capable of recording 4K videos and will be accompanied by a main 16MP camera sensor. It will also feature 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage and will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
There are three more Zenfone 4 devices listed out of which one comes with the name Zenfone 4V which is expected to be Verizon exclusive while the other two come with the same name Zenfone4 ZE54KL suggesting it could be two different storage variants of the same handset. It is not sure when these devices will see light but Asus had the plan to launch the Zenfone series phones in the month of May this year but it got postponed to July.
