Exclusive – LG K8, Gionee A1 Plus, A1 Lite, Blackberry KeyONE & LYF Smartphones launching in India

We are already half-way through the year 2017 and so far we have seen a bunch of smartphones launch in India. However, there are a lot more to come in coming weeks and months and we have gathered some exclusive news from our sources on few of the devices that are all set to launch in India. According to our sources, LG, Gionee, Blackberry, and LYF, etc. are going to launch a handful of new smartphones in India i coming weeks.

LG K8

LG launched the K8 smartphones at the CES 2017 show floor with a handful of other smartphones likes K3, K4, K10, etc. However, now the company is going to launch the new K8 smartphone here in India. While the exact launch date of the date is not yet known to us, it is expected that it will happen very soon. In terms of the specs, the LG K8 is expected to be similar to the international variant which was unveiled back in January. However, according to our source, the Indian variant of the LG K8 will sport 2GB RAM which is slightly higher than 1.5GB RAM found on the international variant. As far as the pricing is concerned, the LG K8 will cost 11,500 INR in the Indian market, later when it comes out. More details on this will follow soon.

Gionee A1 Plus & A1 Lite

Gionee just recently launched the new A1 smartphone in India. However, the company will soon be launching the A1 Plus as well as the A1 Lite in India too. These two smartphones are different variants of the A1, which was originally launched a couple of months back. We had already reported about the launch of Gionee A1 Plus in India earlier and now it looks like the company will be launching the A1 Lite as well, in and around the same time. Both the devices are already out in few other markets and you can check out the specs of the same on our website.

LYF

LYF is also expected to launch a couple of new devices in India very soon. According to our sources, these new devices will include 2 new smartphones and 2 new feature phones. As far as the new smartphones are concerned, they could be a part of the existing LYF series like Earth, Water, etc. or we could see something different. As of now, the details are scarce and hence we suggest you stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more info on this as we will update once we have more info from our source.

Blackberry KeyONE

Blackberry is also expected to launch the new KeyONE smartphone in India this month. We had already reported about this earlier.
