Back in days, there were a lot of phones in the market that was specifically targetted towards users interested in mobile gaming. Even today, most smartphones spend a lot of time playing games. Although there are a lot of powerful smartphones in the market that are capable of running powerful games, we don’t have a dedicated gaming smartphone as such. However, it looks likes this is about to change. iReadyGo is apparently getting ready to launch a new gaming phone.

If you have not heard about iReadyGo, they have been manufacturing gaming phones for a long time now. They are most popularly known for a PS Vita ripoff phone which they launched back in the year 2011. However, now the company is planning on launching a new device called Snail Mobile i7. This is going to be the company’s new gaming phone which is targeted towards the gamers. It packs some really impressive specs and it should have absolutely no issues running any titles whatsoeevr.

Talking about the specs, we are looking at a 6-inch HD display on the front, which means that it has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It is powered by MediaTek’s 10-core, tri-cluster Helio X20 (MT6797) processor, which actually makes a mid-range smartphone. It is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It has dual stereo speakers for an impressive audio performance. In terms of the camera, we are looking at a 16MP rear-facing rear shooter, whereas on the front, there is a 5MP selfie snapper.

The entire package is kept powered by a 6,000 mAh battery which should be good enough to keep things powered for those long gaming hours. And since it is a gaming phone, you can expect it to sport all the standard buttons. On the left, there is a D-Pad and a Joystick. On the right, it has four actions buttons along with another D-Pad. It also has two shoulder buttons on either side.

Talking about the launch of this smartphone, it is scheduled to launch on July 30th and unlike most of the other Chinese manufacturers, the company is planning on launching this smartphone in other markets as well like Hong Kong and other western markets. It will be priced at 1,899 yuan which roughly translates to about 18,000 INR. The company will also debut an 8GB RAM variant later this year with 128GB internal storage, however, it will set you back around 2,000 Yuan which roughly translates to about 19,000 INR.
