Intex Aqua 4G mini is a new affordable handset from Intex which will come with 4G VoLTE connectivity. With the tagline as “connect with the 4G world”, Intex is proving affordable handset which will be capable of supporting Reliance Jio SIM. The device will come in Red, and Black color variants and the volume rockers and power buttons are placed on the right side. Recently the company has released the devices like Intex Aqua Trend Lite, Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 Plus, Intex Aqua Lions 4G and also few other feature phones like Intex Turbo Selfie Plus, and Intex Ultra 4000i. The smartphone will be available for the best buy of INR 4,199
Coming to the specification, they might not impress many but considering it as an affordable handset. We can expect many first time Android users would be interested in getting the device. The display of the device is limited to 4.0-inch with a display resolution of 480 x 800 pixel resolutions giving display resolutions of 233 PPI and supports the multi-touch display. Under the hood, there is a Quad core 1.3GHz & Spreadtrum SC9832A coupled with Mali 400 GPU and 512 MB of RAM.
The onboard memory of the device is 4GB which can be further extended up to a maximum of 64GB via microSD card slot. On the rear, there is a Li-Ion 1450 mAh battery which gives a Talk time up to 6 hours and Standby up to 250 hours. The device comes out of the box with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the connectivity options and sensors that are required for automation of the smartphone.
On the camera front, the Intex Aqua 4G mini comes with a 5MP sensor on the rear with LED flash which will be accompanied by a VG camera on the front. Although there are many other devices that offer better specs than this device, it will be interesting to see how this smartphone will manage to compete against them.
