Huawei announces the new MediaPad M3 Lite 10 with Harman/ Kardon Speakers
You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei is known for launching multiple devices in a year. While the company is busy launching various smartphones this year, it looks like they haven’t given up on the tablet space yet. Yes, Huawei has just recently launched the new MediaPad M3 Lite 10 tablet which is a new offering from the company in its already popular MediaPad series of tablets.
As the name suggests this new MediaPad M3 Lite 10 comes with a 10.1″ display on the front which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 which makes it an FHD display. Internally, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC which is a mid-ranged processor. However, as you might have already figured it out, this is a “Lite” version, so we expect it to pack specs according to that.
This new MediaPad M3 Lite 10 comes in multiple RAM variant. You can either get it with 3GB RAM & 16GB internal storage, 3GB RAM & 32GB of internal storage or 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage variants. All these variants will go on sale at the same time and consumers will have an option to pick either of them. In terms of the camera, we are looking at an 8MP rear facing shooter as well as an 8MP front-facing selfie shooter. Both of these cameras should do a good job of capturing nice and detailed images.
The MediaPad M3 Lite 10 is kept powered by a 6,600 mAh battery which should be good enough to keep it powered by a decent amount of time. However, as of now, we can really comment on the battery performance of the same since we haven’t really tested it out. But one thing which you need to know is that it still comes with a USB 2.0 port and not the USB Type-C.
The highlight of this tablet is, however, the Harmon/ Kardon front firing speakers. The company promises amazing sound quality, however, this is also something which we have to test out further to comment about it. A good thing about this is that it is running on Android 7.0 Nougat based EMUI 5.1 software out of the box. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, LTE Cat4, etc.
As of now, we don’t have any details regarding the pricing or availability of this tablet. If you wish to buy this, then we suggest you stay tuned to PhoneRadar for more updates on this. Having said that, we would to like know your thoughts on this. Would you still be interested in buying a tablet now despite the specs that it is offering?
