Samsung Galaxy C5 & Galaxy C7 with 4GB RAM & 16MP Camera Launched in China

As announced earlier, Samsung officially launched its two new smartphones Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7. These are first set of devices in the new Galaxy C series that comes with all metal body. We already got the first looks the specifications  through various leaks. Both the device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based TouchWiz UI laid on top. The physical home button on the front also comes embedded with fingerprint sensor like those on the earlier Samsung devices.

The Galaxy C5 is smaller among the both with a 2.5D 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. On the other hand, the Galaxy C7 features slightly larger 5.7-inch AMOLED display with the same 1080p resolution. Under the hood, the Galaxy C5 is powered by a Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor while the Galaxy C7 is backed by a Snapdragon. Both the devices include 4GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 128GB via MicroSD card slot.

The 2,600mAh non-removable battery keeps the Galaxy C5 powered on, and the Galaxy C7 is backed by a 3,300mAh battery. On the camera front, the devices sport a 16MP rear camera with an aperture of f/1.9 and LED flash, and an 8MP selfie camera with the same f/1.9 aperture on the front. The Galaxy C5 measures 145.9 x 72 x 6.7mm and weighs 143 grams. These devices come with NFC but can be used only for Samsung pay.

The devices will be available in Gold, Rose Pink, Silver and Gray color options.
