WhatsApp Video Call goes LIVE – Download APK to get the Feature

As we earlier, the Video Call option is now live on Beta Whatsapp APK for Android. Though the feature is expected to be rolled out for iOS, the beta version (20.16.80) of Whatsapp beta of comes include with the video call. Since this s not a public roll-out, not all the features ae available as of now. The UI of the app remains same as earlier versions but the tap on the call on the chat menu gives options to choose between a voice call and a video call.

Though the feature is integrated, the video calling is not yet activated we can’t make the calls right away. Stay tuned for few more updates since we expect Facebook to add more features in the upcoming beta versions. The video call option is present only in the Chats but not in the Calls menu.
