ASUS ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Max to Launch on May 30th

Asus Zenfon e 3 Launch (2)

Asus has confirmed to launch their next-gen Zenfones at the Computex 2016 on May 30th. While we all expecting the company to launch the Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 3 Deluxe, the company is also bringing the all new Zenfone 3 Max with a bigger display. The teaser video suggests the Zenfone 3 to feature a metal frame with 2.5D glass on the front and rear of the device. We expect all the three devices to come USB Type-C port as announced earlier.

The Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 3 Deluxe come with fingerprint sensor placed on the rear while the Zenfone 3 Max sports volume rocker. The iconic concentric circles design can only be found on the Zenfone 3. All three devices come with dual tone LED flash, and Laser Autofocus is only missing on the Zenfone 3. All the devices are expected to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with latest ZenUI laid on top.

Since Intel has stopped producing mobile processor, the company will go with Snapdragon processors. If the rumors are to be believed, the Zenfone 3 series is said to be powered by Snapdragon 600 series processors. There are also chances of using MediaTek chipsets in few variants. FYI, the Zenfone 2 is the world’s first smartphone to offer 4GB of RAM and in 2016, we guess Asus to launch one variant with 6GB of RAM.

Last year the company had the launched three different variants of Zenfone 2 with the same naming which led to total confusion. And that didn’t stopped till date; recently the company launched two variants of Zenfone GO 4.5 LTE with the same model number. Let’s hope, at least the company comes up with better naming with their upcoming devices. Since the launch event is less two weeks away, we can expect more leaks in the coming days.

Stay tuned for more updates!
