Coolpad Note 3 Plus with 5.5″ Full HD Display & 8MP Selfie Camera Launched
Earlier this week, Coolpad had announced to launch their third smartphone in the Note 3 series. The Coolpad Note 3 that was launched in early 2015 was the most affordable smartphone with 3GB RAM at that time. Later the company also launched the Note 3 Lite priced at Rs. 6,999 and offered 3GB RAM and 13MP camera. Today, the company had officially launched the Note 3 Plus with beefed up specifications.
The device comes with same 5.5-inch display size as on Note 3, but sports Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with Mali-T720 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There is also a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion upto 128GB.
The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and supports dual SIM dual standby. On the camera part, the Note 3 Plus includes a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. It has an 8MP camera on the front for capturing selfies. The fingerprint sensor can be found in the rear of the device. It is backed by a 3,000mAh battery that might not last more than a day of usage.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. The device will be available in White and Black colors. It is priced at Rs. 8,999 and will be exclusively sold through Amazon India starting from May 13th.
