Sony Xperia E5 with 720p Display & 16MP Rear Camera Leaked

Sony has earlier announced three Smartphone, i.e., Xperia X, Xperia XA and Xperia X performance in the MWC2016. Earlier the brand has a different series line up i.e., Xperia C , Xperia M and Xperia E and now a document from Russia reveals that the Sony Xperia E5 might be live soon.

Last month, two smartphones were spotted on GFX Bench i.e., the Sony F3311 and F3216. And the Sony F3311 is named as Sony Xperia E5 as per the source. It comes with 4.6 inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels as its resolution. It is a dual SIM smartphone and supports dual stand by. The chipset on the device is MediaTek MT6735 Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz coupled with Mali T720 GPU. The device comes with 1.5 GB of RAM and 13 GB as its internal storage and can be expanded to 32 GB using a Micro SD card slot. It packs a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and 5 MP selfie shooter. The device is expected to be launched with Android Marshmallow 6.0.

Sony F3311 was spotted on a Russian document with some rules of Custom union, where the F3311 is actually named as Xperia E5.

The F3216 also has 4.6-inch display with 1920 x 1080p resolution. It comes powered by a MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 Octa-core processor clocked at 1.9 GHz coupled with Mali T860 GPU. The device comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB as its internal stoarge. It packs a 21 MP rear camera with LED flash and 16 MP front camera. Apart from this, no other details about the upcoming Sony branded devices have been revealed. We can expect that this device can be launched in Xperia E series as it comes with almost same features as that on the Sony F3311. In India the last Sony device that were launched are the flagship killer devices i.e., Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium and had a good response in the market.
