LYF Launches 4G LTE Equipped Flame 5 Smartphone at Rs 3999
Today, LYF had already launched its latest high-end smartphone Earth 2 in India. It is the rebranded version of 2015 launched ZTE Blade S7 and is priced at Rs. 19,999. LYF also launched the affordable Flame 5 smartphone priced at Rs. 3,999. Earlier the company also launched Flame 3, Flame 4, & Flame 6 smartphones priced same at Rs. 3,999. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes with dual SIM dual standby options.
The Flame 5 sports a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) display with a pixel density of 233ppi and Dragontrail glass protection on top. Under the hood is an unknown quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with Mali 400 GPU and just 512MB RAM. Even the storage is limited to just 4GB and the can be expanded upto 32GB via MicroSD card slot. The other three smartphones Flame 3, Flame 4, and Flame 6 also offers the same 512MB of RAM.
It offers Cat.4 4G LTE with VoLTE support but only limited to one SIM. Coming to the camera department, it has a 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash on the back and a 2MP selfie camera on the front. It is backed by a 1,650mAh battery that is rated to give 4.5 hours of talk time and lasts upto 150 hours on standby. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and MicroUSB 2.0 port. It measures 124.5 x 64 x 10.9 mm and weighs 117 grams.
