OnePlus 3 Smartphones to sell Offline in the UK in the O2 Stores soon
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus, has launched their latest flagship for the year 2016, the OnePlus 3. The device sports all flagship specifications for a much lower price than other competitions. OnePlus is known for launching such devices and the previously OnePlus One and the OnePlus 2, both of them were successful devices for the company.
The only problem people faced with these smartphones were the invite system. The smartphones during their launch had an invite only system, for buying the smartphones. The company followed this due to its capability of manufacturing limited stock at that time. After some time, with the launch of the OnePlus 2, the invite system was taken down, and the phones were available online without invites.
With the launch of OnePlus 3, the invite system was left behind. The phone was available to purchase online without any invites. However the stocks were limited, but this time around many of the consumers got to buy the device immediately within hours after the launch. Ditching the invite system was a good move from the company as it allows the buyer to purchase the device whenever they want and not lose interest on the device, due to not being able to buy.
Now according to new reports, apparently the smartphone is also going to be available offline in store. Yes, as reported by the source, the device will be available to purchase from the O2 retail store. It is a telecommunications services provider in the United Kingdom owned by the Spanish multinational Telefónica. A screenshot of the inventory was leaked and it reads OnePlus 3. The device retails for about £309 (about 28,000 INR), but we are not sure how much will it cost on contract. This will be the 64GB variant in Graphite color.
This is a huge step forward for the company as earlier they were not able to manufacture enough devices. Now they have better inventory management as the device is available in stock in many places. OnePlus 3 is available to purchase from Amazon India exclusively in India. It comes with a bunch of free premium subscriptions and also a complimentary plan. There were many speculations about the device on memory management, and OnePlus has addressed them in the recent updates. Stay tuned for more updates.
