Honor Note 9 Smartphone With 4,600 mAh Battery & Dual Camera Setup Is Rumored To Launch Soon
You are reading a story from PhoneRadar.
Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei has just recently launched the new Honor 9 smartphone in China. The Honor 9 smartphone is expected to debut in other countries like India, etc. very soon, however, now we have a new report about a new device from the company and it is called the Honor Note 9. Well, you might already be familiar with the Honor Note 8 and this is new Note 9 is going to be a successor to the same.
Talking about the specifics of the device, a source from China says that this device will sport a massive 4,600 mAh battery. This definitely makes a lot of sense as it is Note device and it is expected to huge in size. The predecessor, the Note 8 also has a 4,500 mAh battery. Hence we are only looking at about 100 mAh power more, which is still an upgrade nonetheless. As far as the other details are concerned, it looks like it will be powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 965 chipset.
The Kirin 965, which is supposedly a new chipset will be paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. As we have been seeing, the 6GB RAM trend appears to be continuing and this is no exception. In terms of the optics, we are looking at 12MP dual rear sensors at the back. Most of the high-end offering from the brand sports a dual camera setup and the Note 9 is following the same trend. On the front, however, it is expected that there will be a “full-size” display.
Although the display is mentioned as a full-size display, it does not entirely follow the Galaxy S8 style infinity display. A considerate amount bezels can still be spotted on both the top as well as the bottom. Even the LG FullVision display has fewer bezels. However, this certainly shouldn’t be an issue since this particular device won’t have a hefty price tag like the others. And also, the devices usually look far better when it is officially launched and once we hold them in hand.
Speaking of official launch, the Honor Note 9 is expected to debut some time in the month of September. Obviously, there is no info regarding the availability of the device just yet, but we hope to find out something very soon and hence we suggest you stay tuned for more info like this.
