LeEco Le Max 2 Pro Rumored to Feature Snapdragon 821 SoC & 8GB RAM
LeEco has recently its latest Superphones Le 2, Le 2 Pro, and Le Max 2 in China. Out of the three devices, only the Le 2 and Le Max 2 are made available in the India market. While the Chinese variant of Le 2 is powered by Helio X20, the Indian variant came with Snapdragon 652 processor. Now the latest leaks suggest the company to launch a new variant of Le Max 2 called as Le Max 2 Pro. The device is also said to be available in Blue and Red color options.
Most of the specifications of Le Max 2 Pro remains same as on Le Max 2 and even comes with the same design. Under the hood, the Le Max 2 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz along with Adreno 530 GPU. This new processor is just upgraded variant of Snapdragon 820 chipset that was used on Le Max 2. Even the Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe which was powered by Snapdragon 820 processor is rumored to come with Snapdragon 821 processor in selected Asian markets including India.
While the Le Max 2 includes 6GB of RAM, the Le Max 2 Pro might feature 8GB of RAM. Though only a handful of devices are available with 6GB of RAM, the 8GB seems to be too much for a smartphone.
