ZTE‘s sub-brand Nubia had launched the Nubia Z11 Mini last month in China and last week the company also unveiled the Nubia Z11 Max along with Cristiano Ronaldo limited edition of Z11 Max. Today the company has sent out the media invites for the launch of Nubia Z11 on June 28 in China. The device is already listed on TENAA revealing the specifications and the first look the device. Unlike the Nubia Z11 Mini, which sports glossy body, the Z11 comes with an all metal body.

While the Z11 Mini and Z11 Max came with 5-inch  and 6-inch displays respectively, the Nubia Z11 sports a 5.5-inch display with bezel-less Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display. It is powered by an unknown octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz which we expect the Snapdragon 652 SoC that was also used in Nubia Z11 Max. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded additionally upto 200GB with the included MicroSD card slot.

Unlike the standard power button and volume rocker, the device might feature touch sensitive buttons. Talking about the camera, there is a 16MP primary camera with PDAF and LED flash,  and an 8MP camera with a f/2.4 aperture on the front. It is backed by a 2,900mAh battery while the Z11 Max included a 4,000mAh battery. It supports dual SIM dual standby with the help of hybrid SIM slot where the user can opt for MicroSD card instead of second SIM.

There is also a fingerprint sensor on the rear of the device. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It still runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop based Nubia UI and we expect it to receive the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update in the near future. Till date, the company hasn’t mentioned about the availability of the Nubia  Z11 series devices in the foreign markets. Stay tuned for more updates!
