1. Poor Battery-Life

Now, turn them off or reduce them to 0.5X for increase the performance of the device.

Also, remove the cache stored in the apps by opening each app from the app manager and by tapping on ‘Clear Cache’ button. If the problem of lagging still exists, then try to clear the cache of the device. For that, you need to turn off the phone and enter into the recovery mode. Press and hold volume up and power button at the same time after turning off the phone. Release the keys as soon as you see the menu and using volume down and power button, select and confirm the ‘Recovery’ button. Now, go for ‘Wipe cache partition’ and when done, select and confirm ‘Reboot system Now.’ By now, the problem of lagging should have resolved and if not you can try a factory reset as the last resort.

Factory reset will erase everything on your phone and so take a backup of the data before proceeding further. Turn off the phone and enter into recovery mode as explained above. In the ‘Recovery’ you need to select and confirm ‘wipe data/factory reset’ and ‘Yes – delete all user data’ using volume and power buttons. Once done, go for ‘Reboot the System Now’. Another way to perform factory is reset by tapping on ‘Settings>Backup & Reset>Factory Data Reset>Reset Phone>Erase everything’ and follow then on screen instructions. That’s all; you have finished the factory reset, and now you will have a new device in your hand with an increase in performance.

4. Wi-Fi Issue

Problem – Most of the users complaint about the Wi-Fi connection issue on their handsets. And this can be resolved by performing few workouts.

Solution – Whenever you have trouble with the Wi-Fi, try to restart the device once and check the connection. It can resolve the issue and if the problem still exists then check the Wi-Fi router once as it may cause the issue. If everything is fine and still you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi then go to ‘Settings>Wi-Fi’ and select ‘forget network’ on your connected server and then reconnect the same.
