OnePlus 3T with 128GB Storage & 3,300mAh Battery to Launch on November 14th

From last few week, we came to know few details about the upcoming OnePlus 3T smartphone. It will be an upgraded variant of the popular OnePlus 3 smartphone. The latest leaks from China suggests the new device to officially launch on November 14th in London. It features 6GB of RAM and will be available in two variants with 64GB and 128GB storage variants. The 3,000mAh non-removable battery will be now replaced with a slightly bigger 3,300mAh battery. However, the OnePlus’s fast charging technology, Dash Charge will remain same on both the devices. While the OnePlus 3 was launched in Soft Gold and Graphite, the upcoming OnePlus 3T will be also coming all new Black color. Earlier: October 27th, 2016 – As we reported earlier, the upcoming OnePlus smartphone will be named as OnePlus 3T. It is rumored to come with the same design as its predecessor. Now, the reliable leakster, Evan Blass tweeted the device to cost $8o more than OnePlus 3. The OnePlus 3 is now retailing at $399, and the OnePlus 3T might be priced at $479 (approx Rs. 32,000). A month back, we also heard rumors that both the Hydrogen OS and Oxygen OS will be clubbed into one. In case, if you are a bit confused, the Hydrogen OS is limited to just Chinese variants of OnePlus devices, while the internationally, the same devices will be shipped with Oxygen OS. This might be officially announced at the time of OnePlus 3T launch. The new device will be running on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.

Earlier: October 21st, 2016 – OnePlus has seen a great success with the OnePlus 3 smartphone after the mere failure of the OnePlus 2. The company also abolished the X series just to concentrate on offering flagship devices. Though everyone expected the company to launch just one device per year, recently there are continuous rumors that the company will soon launch a new smartphone as the upgraded variant to the OnePlus 3. The device was also certified in China with the model number A3010. It is rumored to be named as either OnePlus 3S or OnePlus 3 Plus, but we expect the device to be named as OnePlus 3T.

Earlier today, one of the OnePlus designers has posted on his Weibo account using the device OnePlus 3T smartphone. As of now, there is no other information available about the upcoming OnePlus smartphone. The OnePlus 3T that will be launched in the next few weeks will also feature the same or improved Optic AMOLED display which was first seen on OnePlus 3. There are also few rumors that upcoming OnePlus device is said to opt for a non-AMOLED panel as there is a severe shortage of AMOLED panels. But going with the below tweet from Carl Pei, we will see the OnePlus 3T with the Optic AMOLED display.

The device is said to run on Oxygen OS based on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat opt of the box. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 820 processor will be likely replaced with upgraded Snapdragon 821 SoC. Yesterday, LeEco launched the Le Pro 3 smartphone in the U.S powered by the same Snapdragon 821 SoC. The OnePlus 3T is also expected to feature the similar design as of OnePlus 3 with an all metal body. The popular Dash Charge fast charging technology will be anyway equipped in the new smartphone.
