Umi Diamond X Smartphone with 5″ HD Display & 2GB RAM Launched

The Chinese-based handset maker, Umi Mobiles has been known for launching the smartphones its durability & toughness. The company had introduced the Umi Hammer smartphone and touted as it is the world’s strongest smartphone. In 2016, this brand has introduced the few smartphones like Umi Rome X, Umi Touch, Umi Super, Umi London, Umi Max, Umi Plus and Umi Diamond. Now, the company has come up with another smartphone which is called as Umi Diamond X.

It has been listed on their company’s website with full specifications without pricing & availability. This smartphone build with a premium custom-made metal frame with tapered edges of a premium dual curved body that provides an exceptional grip when you hold the device. It sports 5.0-inch HD display that makes it crisp and natural viewing experience. With a dual T2X-1 glass gives a durability and strength, that provides the protection when you drop from 1.2 -1.5-meter height.

The Umi Diamond X smartphone is powered by the 64 Bit MediaTek MT6737 Quad-Core processor with a clocking speed of 1.3 GHz coupled with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and ARM Mali-T720 GPU. It runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with pre-installed applications. Powering the entire smartphone is 2650mAh Sony Li-Polymer 4.35V battery which will deliver a standby time up to 10 to 13 days. The onboard memory on the device is 16GB which can extend up to 128GB via microSD card.

It is a dual SIM dual standby and carries 4G network which uses the speed up to 150Mbps of downlink and 50Mbps of uplink. There are other connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n 2.4GHz/5GHz, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS and A-GPS. There are sensors like Gravity sensor, Distance sensor, Hall switch sensor, Glonass Sensor and Light Sensor. The company has also provided multi-language support on this device that lets the user choose their preferred language to use the handset.

On the photography section, it packs an 8.0MP primary camera (interpolated to 13MP) with LED flash which will record videos up to 1080p at 30 frames per second. On the front, there is a 2MP secondary camera (interpolated to 5MP) for selfies and video calling. The Umi Diamond X smartphone will be available in Black, Gold and White color options.
