Yes, the OnePlus 3 is a VoLTE, which is voice over LTE network, compatible. Though, company hasn’t specified with which networks it would be compatible; few or all.

Is there a future possibility of OnePlus 3 Mini Variant?

Carl answers this with a straight NO. Although, the query was if company will consider releasing a 5-inch variant of OnePlus 3. One shouldn’t have to switch ON the screen to check whether it’s a reminder, a text or notifications from any specific app. While OnePlus 3 is a handset that offers a solution to this problem, you get eight different notification colors that can be used to differentiate between notifications.

Assigning different LED colors for different things makes it easier to understand what notification has arrived without waking up the screen. You can customize this to your liking. All you go to do is head over to the Settings app, then to Customization option in the Personal section.
