Those apps simply eat away the storage space and also run in the background which causes the performance issue. So, we advise you to uninstall those apps from the ‘App Manager’ in the settings and keep the app section clean.

Live wallpapers and widgets will consume extra power from your phone and has an indirect effect on the performance which you can feel soon after enabling them.

So, our advice for you is to remove such live wallpapers from your phone and if you wish to enable the widgets, then use just one or two. Once you disable these, you can experience the faster performance on your device.

This is an interesting task which can be performed easily by any smartphone user. Whenever you open an app, the cache gets stored in the background and keeps on increasing its size if not cleared in time. So, all you need to do is, open each app from the ‘app manager’ and tap on ‘Clear Cache’. This will remove all the app cache from your phone and helps you to improve the performance of the phone.

If you are not at all satisfied with the performance of your phone, then you can opt for this method as it will make your device a brand new one. Before proceeding any further, take a note that, you need to take the backup of your data as it will erase everything from your phone.

There is an easy option available to the Xperia Z users to perform the factory reset. All you need to do is, just open the ‘Backup & Restore’ from settings and tap on ‘Factory Data Reset>Reset Phone’ options. That’s all; the process will be completed within minutes, and your device will start over freshly.

Animations and any other special effects will although improve the beauty of the phone but they indirectly slow down your phone’s performance. So, it is not advisable to have such effects enabled on your phone. Find out the animation options in your device and disable or reduce them to boost up your device.
