In October last year, Lenovo has officially unveiled two new smartphones with extra large batteries that make them compete with the Marathon devices from Gionee. After that, there are few rumors about the launch of the successor for Vibe P1 and also a mini variant. The Vibe P1 Mini with a metal body is spotted on TENAA listing revealing the possible specifications. There are also few rumors about the Vibe P1 Pro with upgraded specifications than the Vibe P1.

All in a sudden Lenovo has launched the successor for Vibe P1 called as Vibe P1 Turbo in Indonesia in February this year. Now, the same Vibe P1 Turbo is made available in the Indian market for Rs. 17,999. The Vibe P1 Turbo comes with a physical home button that also houses the fingerprint sensor. The design of the Vibe P1 Turbo is exactly similar the Vibe P1, even most of the internals also remain same on both these devices.
