ZTE Blade A910 & Blade V7 Max with 5.5 Display & 8MP Selfie Camera Launched in China
At the MWC 2016, ZTE had showcased the all new Blade V7 and Blade V7 Lite smartphones. Now the company had launched the ZTE V7 Max and A910 smartphones in China without Blade naming. In 2016, we have seen many global brands focusing on the affordable mid-range segment. Apple had launched its latest iPhone SE sporting iPhone 5S design and is priced at $399. Even Samsung had the launched the 2016 Galaxy A and Galaxy J series smartphones and is rumored to launch the new Galaxy C series smartphones.
The Blade A910 is the first smartphone from the company to feature 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) AMOLED display. It is powered by the MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor coupled with 1.3GHz. The device comes with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB storage. It also has a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. The Balde A910 is backed by a 2,540mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based MiFavor 3.2 UI overlaid.
It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and PDAF that can focus in just 0.1 seconds and an 8MP selfie camera with smart facial recognition. The device supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE with VoLTE. It has fingerprint sensor placed on the rear that can also be used for virtual payments. Connectivity on this device includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS/A-GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port.
Compared to the Blade A910, the V7 Max comes with even better hardware and superior build quality. It sports a 2.5D 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by an unknown octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz. It comes in two variants with 3GB and 4GB RAM and has 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto an additional 128GB. Unlike the Blade A910, this device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
In the camera department, there is a 16MP PDAF rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. The device is kept powered on by the 3,000 mAh battery and offers dual SIM support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It also includes a fingerprint sensor placed on the side edge of the device. The device measures 7.2 mm thickness while the A910 measures just 6.9 mm.
As of now these devices are available only in China, and there is no information about the international availability. Both the devices come in Black, Silver, and Gold color options. The 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM variants of Blade A910 are priced at 1299 Yuan and 1499 Yuan respectively. The ZTE Blade V7 Max comes with a price tag of 1799 Yuan for 3GB RAM variant and 1999 Yuan for 4GB RAM variant. Stay tuned for more updates!
