InFocus S1 with Helio P10 SoC & 8MP Selfie Camera Spotted Online
Last month InFocus had launched the Bingo 10 smartphone with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The device is also touted as the most affordable smartphone running on Marshmallow. Now a new device named InFocus S1 is spotted on GFXbench. Like the recently launched InFocus smartphones, the S1 also runs on Marshmallow based InLife UI overlaid.
It comes powered by Helio P10 octa-core processor clocked at 1GHz along with Mali T860 GPU. The device includes 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There will be a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion. In the camera department, it features a 13MP rear camera wth autofocus and LED flash. On the front is an 8MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
The device supports NFC, and we guess it will be accompanied with a fingerprint sensor for secure mobile payments. If this comes true, then the InFocus S1 will be the first smartphone from the company to offer fingerprint sensor. It comes with single SIM options and might offer 4G LTE services. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a MicroUSB port.
