Honor 5C with 5.2″1080p Display & 8MP Selfie Camera Spotted on TENAA
Huawei had unveiled their latest flagship Huawei P9 and P9 Plus smartphones last week in London. Now a new entry-level smartphone from the company’s sub-brand Honor is listed on TENAA with the model number NEM-TL00. We expect this device to be Honor 5C that will be officially launched on April 28th in China.
The device looks to feature a metallic frame with plastic body. The back panel cannot be removed and include a hybrid SIM slot for inserting dual SIM’s or a single SIM+ MicroSD card. From the image, we can see the volume rocker and the power button are placed on the right edge of the device.
The device comes with rounded corners and the rear camera bumps out of the body. Talking about the specifications, the device is rumored to be powered by the all new Kirin 650 octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz. It sports a 5.2-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution.
The device includes 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage along with a MicroSD card slot. It comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP selfie camera on the front. There is also a fingerprint sensor placed just below the rear camera. It is backed by a 2,900mAh battery which might last atleast a day of mixed usage.
It measures 147.1 x 738 x 8.3 mm and weighs 156 grams. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based customized EMUI out-of-the-box. It will be available in Gold, Silver, and Gray color options.The company is teasing the launch by promoting the device for bidding starting from just 1 Yuan. Stay tuned for more details!
