LeEco (LeTV) Le 2 X621 with 3GB RAM & 16MP Camera Spotted on TENAA

LeEco (LeTV) debuted the Chinese smartphone market in early 2015 by launching three Superphones Le 1, Le 1 Pro, Le Max. The company also entered the Indian market in January 2016 by launching the Le 1S and Le Max smartphones. It also unveiled the world’s first Snapdragon 820 powered smartphone Le Max Pro at the CES 2016. Now in 2016, there are few leaks suggesting the launch of Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2 Superphones on April 20th.

These devices will be successors for the 2015 launched Le 1, Le 1 Pro and Le Max smartphones. With the TENAA listing of the device, we have the images of the Le 2 smartphone along with the important specifications. While most the specifications remain same when compared with Le 1, improvements can be found in the camera department along with the design of the device. It supports dual SIM dual Standby and offers 4G LTE along with VoLTE support.

It sports a 5.5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. As seen in the images, it might come with the bezel-less display just like Nubia Z9 series. Under the hood is an Helio X25 deca-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage; there is no information about the expandable storage option. The Le 2 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box with the customized eUI overlaid.

In the camera department, it features a 16MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash and an 8MP selfie camera on the front. The device is backed by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery. Connectivity options on this device include 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. From the images, we can also find the fingerprint sensor placed on the rear of the device. It comes with complete metal build body just like its predecessor.

The Le 2 also includes IR Blaster for controlling the home appliances just like the remote controller. The SIM card slot is placed on the left edge of the device while the power button including the volume rocker can be found on the right edge of the device. It measures 151.1 x 74.1 x 7.7 mm and weighs 153 grams. The LeEco Le 2 will be available in Gold, Silver, and Gray color options.
