Check For Software Update

Try Developer Options

In your device, developer options will give access to few extra features using which you can easily improve the device’s performance. But, you may not find these options on first hand and so you need to tap few times on the ‘Build Number’, under ‘Settings>About Phone’. Once you are done with that, then the options will get enabled, and you can find them under the device settings.

Uninstall Apps and Clear App Cache

Once you are in the recovery mode, use the volume buttons for scrolling up and down, and power button for selection. Now, select and confirm the ‘Wipe Cache Partition’ and after the process is done, go for ‘Reboot system Now’. That’s it; now you will have cleaned cache from your phone, and you can experience the better phone’s performance.

Also, you can perform factory data reset on your phone to gear up the functionality of the phone. To perform a factory reset, you can just tap on ‘Settings>Backup & Reset> Reset phone’. Or, you can perform this task by entering into recovery mode as explained above, where you need to select and confirm the ‘Wipe data/factory reset’ after which you need to go for ‘Reboot /system now’. Few Other Tips

Other than above tips, you can also follow few more precautionary steps to boost up your device. Always turn off the WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity options whenever not in use and also disable auto options for brightness and rotation of the screen.
