Meizu has launched a new smartphone, i.e., the M3 Note priced at 799 Yuan. The device comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB as its internal storage and can be expanded to 128 GB using an external Mirco SD card. It is powered by MediaTek MT6755(Helio P10) Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. The design of the device is simple and almost similar to the previous device, i.e., the M2 Note and runs on the Flyme 5.1. The device packs a 4100 mAh Li-Poly Battery and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1. How to insert the SIM card on your device?
Insertion of the SIM card is the very first thing that any user does when they purchase a device. To insert the SIM card on the M3 Note, power off your device if you have booted it and remove the SIM card try using the SIM Ejector Pin. Now place the SIM cards on the tray as per marked direction and push the tray back and boot your device. You have successfully inserted SIM card on your device and will be ready for use in some time.
What is the type of SIM supported on this device?
The SIM card supported by the device is Nano SIM Card. The device comes with a Hybrid SIM card slot where you can either insert a Nano SIM card or expand the storage on the device by 128 GB using an external Micro SD Card Slot.
How to share your Data network via Tethering on the device?
Sharing of the Data network can be done using the tethering mode on your device. To share the Data network on your device, open the Settings and tap on More in Wireless and Connectivity. In the new window, tap on Tethering & portable hotspot and toggle the off button to enable that on your device.
How to take a Screenshot on my Meizu M3 Note?
Screenshot can be captured just by pressing the power button along with the volume down button on your device. The captured screenshot is then saved to the gallery window on your device.
How to check for the Android Updates on the device?
There are two ways in which you can check for updates on your device.
Method 1: You can open the System Updates application directly from the home screen to check for updates.
Method 2: In this you need to open the settings and tap on About Phone in the System Section. In the new window, tap on system Updates. The device checks for Updates and if there is no new updates “Your system is upto date is displayed on the screen.
How to Install external apps with apk files on the device?
External apps can be installed by enabling the Unkown sources option on your device. To use this on your device, open the Settings and tap on fingerprint and security. In the new window tap on the Unknown sources and toggle the off button and click on the OK button to enable that on your device. Now you can install any number of external apps without an apk on your device.
How to customize the Quick Settings in the Notification Panel?
The quick settings in the notification panel cannot be customized on the device.
How to use the Power saving modes on the Meizu M3 Note?
Powe saving mode is used to enhance the battery life on your device. To enable that on your device, open the Settings and tap on battery in the device section. In the new window you will find the Power modes under the optimization section. Now tap on mode modes and toggle the button adjacent to the power saving mode to enable that on your device.
What are the sensors available on the phone?
Acceleration and Proximity are the sensors avaialble on the device and helps in automating the device.
Are there LED notification lights on the device?
No, there are no led notification lights available on the device.
How to use the Screen pinning feature on the Meizu M3 Note?
Screen Pinning feature is available on the device with Android Lollipop on it. Though the device comes with Android Lollipop on it there is no such option available on the device using which you can enable the Unknown Sources option on your device.

What is the SAR Value of the device?
The radio wave exposure guidelines employ a unit of measurement known as Specific Absorption Rate(SAR). The SAR limit recommended by the international commission on non-ionizing radiation protection is 2 W/Kg averaged over the 10g tissue. The SAR value for the device is yet to be known for the Indian Variant, we will update the information later.
Will the Meizu M3 Note get Android Marshmallow 6.0 Update?
The device comes with Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box and runs on customized Flyme OS 5.1. There is no information about the device getting the Android M Update but the brand have already started working on the latest update and device may get it soon.
How to add a fingerprint on your device?
The device comes with a fingerprint scanner on the home button. To add a fingerprint on your device, open the Settings and tap on Fingerprint and security. In the new window, tap on fingerprint management and click on add fingerprint. Now place the finger on sensors to record your impression. Once you are done with adding a fingerprint, you need to add an additional security code which may be a pattern or pin or complex password.
What are the different camera filters on the device and can we use them before capture?
The device comes with various camera filter which can be used before you capture the images. The different filters on the device include Marron, Black& White, Film, Oxidation, Absinthe Green, Lilac, Azure, Virid, Wood, Olive Yellow and Pale Black.
What are the different resolution and aspect ratios at which the images are captured?
