Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro with 6,660mAh Battery Listed on Company’s Website
Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro is the latest Android powered tablet listed on the company’s global website. Earlier to this, the company launched the Wi-Fi and LTE variants of MediaPad M2 10.0 at the CES held in January 2016. Talking about the latest tablet, it comes in three variants with 2GB and 3GB RAM. The 2GB variant has 16GB of internal storage while the 3GB variant comes in both 16GB and 32GB storage options.
It sports a 10.1-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 224ppi. Under the hood, the MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 616 MSM8939 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The tablet supports SIM card and also offers 4G LTE connectivity. It has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and an aperture of f/2.0. On the front, it features a 2MP fixed focus camera for selfies and video calls.
The tablet runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based EMUI 3.1 overlaid. It is backed by a 6,660mAh battery that is rated to last upto 700 hours on standby. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, and a Micro USB 2.0 port. It measures 259.1 x 156.4 x 8.5 mm and feels bulky by weighing around 495 grams. It will be available in Pearl White and Charcoal Black colors.
It has the split view option where you can run two apps side-by-side simultaneously. With the upcoming Android N, Google will officially introduce this same feature for all the other device running on the latest OS. With the official listing of the device, we guess the launch to be happened soon. Last week, the company had officially announced the latest flagship Huawei P9 and P9 Plus smartphones at an event held in London.
